Get Involved in the Lib Dem Health Policy Debate

5.31.00pm GMT Fri 1st Feb 2008

Norman Lamb MP, Lib Dem Treasury Select Committee Member

Norman Lamb MP

The party's spring conference will see a major debate on a set of new health policy proposals, which were published by the party's health policy working group in January. Norman Lamb, Liberal Democrat Shadow Secretary of State for Health, will be taking part in an online discussion next Tuesday to enable members to raise any questions ahead of the conference debate.

You can read about the proposals, and also get a copy of the full policy paper, at http://tinyurl.com/3xmvyz

The online question and answer session will take place on Tuesday, 5 February at 7:00pm-8:30pm on http://forum.libdems.org.uk and members can post up questions in advance if you wish.

Norman will be sitting at a computer during the full ninety minutes, responding to questions - speed of his typing permitting!

In order to log in you will need to be a currently paid-up member of the party and have a Liberal Democrats Account (LDA) username and password. The LDA system is used across a range of other party sites, such as the members' website http://login.libdems.org.uk and our online petition tool http://campaigns.libdems.org.uk

If you don't have an LDA, you can get one now at http://login.libdems.org.uk/register.php

If you can't make it on Tuesday to take part yourself, you'll be able to read the transcript afterwards on the same site.
