The Local Party Executive of Shepway Liberal Democrats invites applications for selection as Prospective Parliamentary Candidate for the constituency of Folkestone & Hythe.
Folkestone and Hythe offers the right candidate the opportunity to utilise their skills within an experienced and well motivated team of activists. The successful candidate will have the advantage of the incumbent MP stepping down at the next election.
Potential applicants should contact the Returning Officer Mike Simpson, 38a Searchwood Road, Warlingham, CR6 9BA. Phone 08453 303960 email mikeg.simpson@virgin.net for an application pack. Applications must be received by the Returning Officer by noon on 4th April 2008.
Applicants not on the Party's list of Approved Candidates at the closing date for applications will not be guaranteed consideration by the Selection Committee. It is the responsibility of applicants to check that their applications have been received by the Returning Officer by the closing date.
