Folkestone to Cliff End flood and erosion management strategy

1.33.02am BST (GMT +0100) Fri 23rd May 2008

The Environment Agency has developed a draft strategy for managing the risk of flooding and erosion along the coast between Folkestone and Cliff End. Consultation has already been undertaken with relevant local authorities, national government organisations and key interested parties.

You can download a copy of the consultation document, feedback form, the Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) and the Strategy Technical Report from the Environment Agency web site, using the link on the left. Alternatively copies of the consultation document and a reference copy of the Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) and the Strategy Technical Report are available at public libraries in Rye, Lydd, New Romney, Hythe, Sandgate and Folkestone.
