Military Road grass-cutting call

7.05.50pm BST (GMT +0100) Tue 8th Jul 2008

Cheriton Councillor Tim Prater has contacted Shepway Council to ask them to cut the grass verge be cut around the "Military Road" street sign at the bend where Risborough Lane turns into Military Road.

Tim Prater commented:

"The grass is now feet tall and makes the area look untidy. This area is very rarely, if ever cut: Shepway need to check that it's on the appropriate cutting schedule, and not just being missed"
