Bev Rolfe - Folkestone Town Councillor for Folkestone ParkWell known Folkestone campaigner and former Folkestone Town Councillor Bev Rolfe is the Liberal Democrat candidate for the forthcoming East Folkestone ward Folkestone Town Council by-election.

The by-election will be held on 17th September following the tragic death of longstanding Councillor Paul Marsh. Polls will be open from 7am to 10pm.
